Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice designed to heal both the body and mind.

A typical class incorporates breathing exercises, a series of both stretching and strengthening postures, mediation to restore balance & alignment to the body and calm the mind.

Patients who are enrolled in the services offered by Peaceful Minds are eligible for FREE yoga classes.

Wednesday    6:00pm
Thursday        9:30am
Saturday         9:30am
